Last night I met at Dewey’s to watch the University of Utah vs. Oregon State football game. It was the kick-off for the Utes in the Pac-12. I love watching football – and it’s fun getting to hang out with other Utah alums.

Baby bear heard my voice on the phone tonight and thought that I was home. He told me that he wanted me to come to his house again (pronounced “a-den”) and to bring him a red “bummy rabbit”.
Every time I see their faces I cry – I get so distractedly homesick. There is not one ounce of home in New York – I have to look out for myself 24/7. Every meal, every errand – and I am exhausted. I feel like I never have enough hours in the day to get the things I want/need to get done. By the time I get home and eat dinner it’s already almost time for bed. In a weird way, it’s completely thrilling. I love the hustle and the quickness.
Every day is either the best day of my life, or the worst – and it’s kind of fun. For now.
