I LOVE fall. A lot. A whole lot.

It’s my..I’m going to drink hot chocolate while I knit you a sweater and watch the 13 Days of Halloween on ABC family, type of love.

Nothing can compare.

Movies to get you into the fall spirit:

3. Halloweentown (the made for tv)
4. Hocus Pocus
5. www.amazon.com go and buy them all. NOW.

There is just something about this time of year that always fascinates me, and I’m not quite sure why. Maybe it’s the change. Which is always good and always needed.

This is the tree that is rooted in front of our house. It shed about 10 million leaves.

Maybe more.


I wonder if the Black Eyed Peas found inspiration for their song “my humps” after raking up a ton of leaves….


I’m pretty sure this 5$ rake from wal-mart may or may not have given me severe carpel tunnel.

Raking up leaves is fun.


For about five minutes.

Now the yard is all ready for snow đŸ™‚
