last day.

It’s been 30 days and I’m just now learning that you can get a compliant cafe rio salad.

Been hanging out at my barre studio a lot the last two weeks and am SO STOKED to say that I completed the 20 classes in 30 days challenge. #imadeit

I’m in two book clubs and they both met this week. Last night we discussed war story The Zookeepers Wife and tonight we discussed The Gifts of Imperfection. Feeling empowered and purely loved after hanging with two bad ass groups of girls — if you’re not in a book club, I recommend it. img_6148

Also, as mentioned in the headline, today is my last day of the September Whole30. It has gone by SO quickly — seriously feels like just yesterday I was posting about starting another round again. Got Melissa Hartwig’s new book in the mail — will post thoughts after I read it. P.s. in case you were wondering, this is what my kitchen has looked like for the last 30 days. Someone bring me a power washer, stat.img_6149

  1. Hi! I was wonderful about your post in regards to cafe rio and their compliant salad that Melissa orders. I went there today and looked at their nutrition guide and it had soy underneath the grilled chicken I see that’s compliant! Do you know if they’ve recently changed their menu and now they don’t offer anything compliant? I was so close to making this order and than didn’t in fear that I would screw up my whole30. Thanks for your help 🙂

    • Hi Nichole! Thanks for reaching out. I follow Melissa on Instagram and she recently shared that they did, in fact, change their menu and there is nothing that is whole30 to order at Cafe Rio! Which is very sad. Good job on checking the ingredients! I hope that your whole30 is going well.
