Saturday night’s dinner menu: pan-cooked chicken breast cooked in coconut oil + seasoned with lemon pepper, roasted gold potatoes covered in EVOO + salt + pep, boiled (ew?) broccoli seasoned with garlic salt + a little bit of ghee and sautéed mushrooms cooked in ghee with a pinch of salt with whole30 ranch + Tessemae’s bbq sauce.
